The warranty is 12 Months or 500 Hours whichever occurs first. It is a limited warranty. Travel to site is not included in the warranty. The goods need to be returned to us or a call out will be charged. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of sale and the Warranty Card for further information on the warranty. Warranty is held with the agency where you bought the generator. If you have purchased your generator in Johannesburg then the warranty is held in Johannesburg etc.

Silent generators are designed to minimise sound and optimise airflow through the generator canopy. Any restriction of the airflow in any way will lead to the generator over-heating and it will cause damage to the generator.

We do not recommend using any after-market silencing solutions, this will likely void your warranty and could be a fire hazard.

Generators should be installed outside with at least one meter clear around it to allow for optimal working conditions. DO NOT install inside a room without appropriate ventilation.
