This generator model is equipped to produce stable, clean AC power (featuring an Automatic Voltage Regulator), making it highly suitable for integration with hybrid solar inverters (such as Sunsynk, Deye, or Victron) to charge batteries during extended outages.
Compatibility & Sizing Note: You must verify compatibility with your specific inverter's AC-input requirements. Furthermore, generator sizing cannot be 1:1 with your inverter. The generator must be sized to handle your property's maximum base load plus the inverter's maximum battery charge rate to prevent overloading.
IMPORTANT: This product must be installed by a qualified electrician. A Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued on completion.
NOTE: The generator cannot take full load instantaneously. Load should be added gradually (50% initially) once the engine is up to temperature. E&OE — all figures are approximate.

All prices exclude delivery. Due to the size and weight, delivery requires a specialised truck and rigging crew. Therefore, delivery is charged separately based on distance and complexity.
Yes. You need either an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) or a Manual Changeover Switch to link the generator safely into your property's distribution board and isolate it from the municipal supply. If you're connecting it directly to your inverter to charge batteries, you do not need an ATS or manual switch, but you do require a 2-Wire start if the generator is to start and stop automatically (if your inverter is capable of this).
Prime power (PRP) is the continuous rating for unlimited hours with a variable load — this BPD20S3-C is rated 20 kVA prime. Standby power (LTP) is the higher short-duration emergency rating — 25 kVA standby on this model. For load-shedding backup, size to the standby rating; for continuous/off-grid use, size to the prime rating.

Silent generators are designed to minimise sound while optimising airflow. Any restriction of airflow will cause overheating and engine damage. We strictly advise against after-market silencing solutions.
The warranty is 12 Months or 1000 Hours, whichever occurs first. This is a limited carry-in warranty (travel to site is not included). The unit must be returned to the branch of purchase for assessment.
