No, the price doesn't include installation. Some All-In-One (AIO) inverters require installation, whilst others are "plug & play". Our pricing does not include any installation.

When installing your inverter into your distribution board (DB) it is important to note the following things:

• - This product MUST be installed by a qualified electrician.
• - A Certificate of Compliance (COC) must always be obtained on completion of the installation.
• - DC surge protection must be on the solar panels (if connected).
• - Earth leakage on the Inverter output if installed into your distribution board (DB).
• - AC output must have a breaker if installed into your distribution board (DB).

Inverter installations are a specialised trade. There are a multitude of additional connectors and mounting systems required in order to get your installation working optimally.

The warranty is 5 Years. It is a limited warranty. Travel to site is not included in the warranty. The goods need to be returned to us or a call out will be charged. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of sale and the Warranty Card for further information on the warranty. Warranty is held with the agency where you bought the products. If you have purchased your products in Johannesburg then the warranty is held in Johannesburg etc.
