Do I need to replace my geyser?
Yes, this is a complete new geyser that will replace your existing geyser.
Do we offer installation?
Yes, we do offer installation of the geysers within the Gauteng region.
Can I power my house with this solar geyser?
No, this is a geyser only. It will only heat the water in your house, it cannot supply power.
Does the price include delivery?
Delivery is included if we are installing the solar geyser. If you're just ordering the componants, then delivery fees will apply.
Do I need anything else to connect the geyser?
You will need to have the necessary pluming supplies and fasteners. The geyser needs to be mounted on the roof and the pipework needs to be plumbed into the internal plumbing.
Tell me about the Warranty?
The warranty is . It is a limited warranty. Travel to site is not included in the warranty. The goods need to be returned to us or a call out will be charged. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of sale and the Warranty Card for further information on the warranty. Warranty is held with the agency where you bought the products. If you have purchased your products in Johannesburg then the warranty is held in Johannesburg etc.
